FALA exists to inspire and equip young Africans (ages 16–25) who are already making positive change in their communities, schools, and nations—through innovation, service, education, entrepreneurship, and moral leadership. By recognizing excellence, providing mentorship, and investing in their potential, FALA helps shape principled, visionary leaders who will transform Africa and influence the world for good.
